  • JFC & Wafflemarble matcha waffle with our fried chicken tossed in our special JFC sauce

Third Course

  • Yuzu Creme Bruleewith fresh berries & cream (will use Ube Churros for substitution if Yuzu Creme Brulee is not available)

  • Genghis Short Ribsteriyaki short ribs with pearl onions, pineapple, & broccolinis.
  • Sashimi Omakasechef's choice of 10 pieces of sashimi served with ginger & wasabi (sashimi will be strictly be Chef's choice only)

Fourth Course
